GH Associate Max Rayetsky participated in a one-on-one pro bono legal clinic providing legal counsel on real estate issues faced by members of the community as part of the People Against Landlord Abuse & Tenant Exploitation Harlem (P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. Harlem) 2017 Housing Conference entitled, Demystifying Housing Conference for Renters & Homeowners. P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. hosts this conference annually to examine issues faced by New York City residents, and incorporates innovative conference formats to further the participants experience. Additional presenters included governmental housing agencies, elected officials, housing advocates, community boards and local developers.
