Meghan Boland concentrates her practice in real estate and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Meghan represented both landlords and tenants in rent regulatory coverage issues, short-term leasing evictions and defense, non-payment and holdover summary proceedings, rent overcharges, owner’s use and succession proceedings, and 421-a issues.

While in law school, Meghan participated in Brooklyn Law School’s Corporate and Real Estate Clinic where she advised low-income cooperative boards on corporate governance issues. She also held internship positions with Shearman & Sterling LLP, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Legal Aid Society’s Brooklyn Office for the Aging, and held a judicial externship with the New York State Supreme Court.

Meghan also served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was a recipient of the Richardson Scholarship, Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and Centennial Grant.
