Goldstein Hall Educational Seminar Series: Construction Issues at Adjoining Properties and License Agreements

Senior Associate, Juan Restrepo and Ted Nikolov, President of Real Estate Developer for Hello Living LLC spoke at our seminar on “Construction Issues at Adjoining Properties and License Agreements” on October 19, 2016.

The speakers discussed the ins and outs of both legal and practical issues of license agreements, and compliance with Building Code laws. The Speakers will also discuss various difficulties encountered due to adjoining construction, enforcement proceedings, and mechanisms available to both Developers and adjoining property owners who are faced with the day-to-day problems of adjoining construction.
