On April 29th, 2014, Goldstein Hall participated with the New York Affordable Housing Management Association to present a program entitled: “Preserving Section 202 Properties: Refinancing, Rehabilitation, Repositioning” at the New York Botanical Garden with HUD officials and industry experts who had gone through the process of financing and managing 202 buildings.
