An inaugural ribbon cutting commemorated the completion of a $31million apartment complex project in Bushwick Tuesday.
It’s made up of three buildings at 1875 Broadway, and will provide affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals.
The Cuomo administration, in partnership with Riseboro Community Partnership, and several other organizations, came together to make the Our Lady of Lourdes Apartments possible.
It has 76 affordable units, 12 of which are specifically for people who were once homeless. They range in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
