Goldstein Hall acted as legal counsel to the Charter School of Educational Excellence (CSEE) in a $36.8 million bond transaction with the Yonkers Economic Development Company. The taxable and tax-exempt bonds will finance the construction of a new high school in Yonkers, New York and increase CSEE’s capacity from 729 students to 1,129 students. CSEE is an award-winning not-for-profit school which has grown to include an elementary school, middle school and high school CSEE accepts students from Westchester and Bronx counties.
