Goldstein Hall partner, David Goldstein, presented the Joint Ownership Entity (JOE NYC) at this year’s 2019 LISC National Staff Meeting.
This year’s conference welcomed more than 300 national colleagues, Mayor Jim Kenney, elected officials, and philanthropic leaders to Philadelphia for their bi-annual National Staff Meeting.
Since 1980, LISC Philly has invested more than $435 million into the City of Philadelphia, building more than 8,500 affordable homes and developing more than 2.3 million square feet of retail, community and educational space. They are committed to advancing equitable community development; leveraging corporate, government and philanthropic resources to strengthen underserved neighborhoods and improve the lives of residents in those vibrant communities that have long formed the backbone of Philadelphia’s “city of neighborhoods”.
