Please join HAND, Enterprise Community Parters and Goldstein Hall’s Matthew Hall and Jason Labate for an interactive session featuring affordable housing practitioners, clergy and lay leaders who have successfully partnered to develop affordable housing and community facilities across the Washington Region. The agenda will include a sharing of lessons learned by Enterprise and its partners during the first 14 years of the Faith Based Development Initiative, a special highlight from attorneys providing best practices for faith communities to ensure their interests are protected, case studies highlighting successful projects, and a candid panel discussion with experienced partners sharing insights on what it really takes to bring these projects to fruition.
