Goldstein Hall is honored to have been announced as the winner of the 2020 Grunin Prize for Law Social Entrepreneurship for its legal innovation in creating the Joint Ownership Entity New York City Corp., otherwise known as the JOE. The JOE is a collaboration of 11 New York City CDCs who have come together to preserve affordable housing.
