Goldstein Hall Client, The Doe Fund, will be redeveloping a Bronx Army Reserve Center into Affordable Housing for Veterans

Goldstein Hall represented The Doe Fund in connection with the refinancing, construction and development of Muller Residences, a permanent supportive housing facility, including housing for American Military Veterans. The project will house ninety units of affordable housing and a theater. Goldstein Hall negotiated construction documents; architect agreements, LIHTC operating agreement, and loan documents.
