Goldstein Hall at NYSAFAH 2014

On May 14th, both David Goldstein and Matthew Hall will be participating with the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) at their 15th Annual Affordable Housing Conference on two panel. David will be a speaker on the “Choosing the Best Partner” panel which will discuss partnership structures and strategies amongst emerging, for-profit and not-for-profit developers and their advantages and strategies for winning project awards. Matthew Hall will be moderating the panel on “Best Preservation Practices” which will discuss Section 8 transactions, how to structure rehabs using the 4% LIHTC, Fannie or Freddie 10 year permanent debt vehicles, expiring LIHTC developments and extended use agreements.
