In cooperation with Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), this seminar will provide an overview of opportunities available to develop and manage government-subsidized affordable housing. Expert panelists will discuss the intricacies of these types of projects, from site assemblage to public and private financing opportunities to managing the completed property.
