A community begins with neighbor relationships, but when neighbors have different plans for their shared property line, a pleasant relationship can become a distant memory.
Join Goldstein Hall for an in-depth seminar focusing on new developments related to party walls.
This presentation will address the various tools at a neighbor’s or developer’s disposal to hasten a resolution that both protects a family’s manicured garden, supports an old but trusted party-wall, and allows a developer to finish a project without too much cost overrun – whether with or without the court’s involvement.
Speakers will also discuss several recent decisions that have addressed neighbors’ property rights and analyzed what is and isn’t trespassing, what is considered substantial interference, party wall responsibility, and access as well as professional compensations.
If you would like to attend the panel, RSVP HERE. Space is limited, so register today.
