Affordable housing development outside of urban centers can be a challenging and educational endeavor.
This webinar of our series will describe the financial tool box available to effectuate affordable housing residential development and how tax credits, interest rates, and other financing costs impact the decision of whether or not to proceed. Incoming averaging techniques will also be discussed.
Additional topics in this series will include a discussion on “Penciling Out the Deal”, including a discussion of PILOT processes.
