HDFC Training Series: COVID Updates and Transfers with Estates

Join Goldstein Hall PLLC as we continue our HDFC Training Series in which we discuss some of our clients’ most frequently asked questions and concerns. This on-going programming ensures our clients remain abreast of law and policy changes impacting their HDFCs and informs clients about best business practices to avoid unnecessary litigation.
The second webinar in the series will discuss updates on the two recent eviction moratoriums– specifically, the COVID-19 Emergency Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Act and the CDC Moratorium. In addition, the webinar will cover share transfers involving estates and the required documents before a unit may be transferred and/or sold. Management-level staff and Board members are encouraged to attend.
