Lemle & Wolff recently completed the acquisition and revitalization of a large distressed portfolio in the South Bronx.  It was one of the most challenging projects in the firm’s 75-year history.   Goldstein Hall helped us devise creative solutions for this effort.  For five years, they were an integral part of our successful redevelopment team.

Community Board 10: Faith Based Development & Preservation in Central Harlem Conference

Wednesday, January 24th, 2018

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Senior Associate, Jason Labate will be a speaker at the conference. The conference we will provide a series of informative workshops and panel dis-cussions for faith-based leaders with places of worship within CB10. We aim to equip our faith-based leaders with critical knowledge and resources necessary to under-stand development and preservation opportunities. We want to ensure that faith-based leaders understand contracts they are approached with and understand financ-ing opportunities for rehabilitation and development. We also want to inform at-tendees about opportunities for historic preservation and LPC-designation.
