Ty Brennan concentrates his practice in real estate development, affordable housing, and construction.

Ty diligently represents clients in the acquisition, construction, and financing of residential and mixed-use real estate developments. His experience and attention to detail benefit his clients in all aspects of a transaction including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, architect agreements, contracts of sale, loan documents, operating agreements, and various corporate documents. He has substantial experience with developments funded in part by the sale of tax credits and issuance of tax-exempt bonds.

In addition to advising his clients, Ty is an athlete, he enjoys HIIT training, rowing, running, and cycling. He proudly serves on the board of directors of Music Mountain Theater, Getting to Carnegie, and the Board of Trustees for the Brooklyn Autism Center Foundation.
